The future of any organisation is dependant on the calibre of the Senior Management Team (SMT) who are our next generation of leaders.
To secure a vibrant successful sector, SMTs must ensure that they have access to the best resources to progress themselves as individuals and acquire the skills it takes to be a Chief Executive Officer.
