The methodology is based on five years of case study research and 12 years of practical experience. The presenter, David La Piana, has personally facilitated more than 100 mergers in the U.S. and has authored three books and multiple papers on the topic. As a result he is recognized as the foremost authority on this topic. David will provide a solid background to the complex economic, political and organisational issues involved in mergers and will present a step-by-step approach to considering, pursuing and achieving success in this arena.
