Overview
Great leaders have strong charisma and can use this to their advantage when communicating with different stakeholders. This workshop looks at the use of the recently developed Cat and Dog model on human behaviour to help leaders enhance their charisma and thus better influence, sell ideas and deliver difficult messages.
