As the employment market in the third sector becomes more competitive it is becoming harder to attract and retain the best employees. Benchmarking your employee benefits package can give organisations an understanding of where their offering sits within the employment market. This survey report analyses benefit packages of nearly 400 third sector organisations providing a comprehensive report on where your organisation is in relation to others.
The report was kindly supported by Foster Denovo and was launched at the ACEVO Parlimentary Reception on 13 January 2010.
