In the third and final publication in our Sustainability Challenge series we put the learning from the first two publications into practice to show how an integrated performance management system can reduce costs, improve performance and minimise your organisation’s impact on the environment.
This publication is designed to help your organisation meet this challenge.We look at how sustainability can be incorporated into a performance management system without the need for an additional time-intensive or costly system. We hope that it serves as a practical example of how a holistic approach to performance can be achieved.
