Mind, the mental health charity provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Mind campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. They also the lead partner in the Time to Change programme.

Mind are looking for a Deputy to the Chief Executive to lead on the organisation’s strategic development and cultivate a highly effective infrastructure to support Mind’s charitable activities in England and Wales.

The role will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing leads in Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Planning and Governance and Special Projects. You will also direct on developing support to local Minds and our Retail team to harness our resources.

Mind are looking for proven sector experience coupled with commercial and or business management acumen to ensure our donations are spent in the most appropriate and effective way.

Holding an established track record at Director level with outstanding interpersonal skills and credibility, a passion for excellence, effectively incorporating and promoting diversity are requisite successes for this position. You must also possess an insatiable drive to keep Mind as the leading charity for mental health.
