The National Conference is the highlight of ACEVO’s calendar. This must-attend event will bring together CEOs and chairs from across the UK to learn from one another, share ideas and make connections so you are better placed to lead your organisation through times of profound change.
What happens over the next year will shape the sector for generations to come. A strong sense of shared leadership between CEOs and chairs will be critical in every organisation. The conference will combine a plenary session, focusing on successful CEO and chair relations, with a wide variety of seminars that cater for both new and experienced CEOs and chairs.
Seminars will cover issues such building your board,strategic restructuring, increasing organisational performance, scaling up for Big Society, building and maintaining partnerships, income generation, and much more.
There are plenty of chances to network and share your learning with peers. The conference will conclude with a drinks reception where you can reflect on your learning from the day.
