This publication is designed to make the case for local infrastructure organisations to invest in performance
management support for front-line organisations.
It outlines the drivers that push (force) and pull (entice) third sector organisations towards investment in performance management. It also explores possible barriers to doing performance management well, and suggests ways of overcoming them.
