This new publication from ACEVO and Community, aims to provide the reader with a toolkit on how to build relationships between trade unions and third sector organisations.
Chapters cover a brief guide to the community and voluntary sector for trade unions; a guide to trade unions for the voluntary sector; and the benefits of both parties joining forces alongside the challenges and cultural differences.
The publication concludes with three case studies and tips for engaging both parties on how to maximise their relationship with each other.
