Publication date: 2010

This report sets out a vision for what a people power revolution would involve, and reviews the building blocks needed to underpin services.
The report argues that personalisation and devolving power over public services could bring more tailored and responsive services which would not only result in better outcomes for service users but also greater efficiency for taxpayers.
It includes a set of fictional case studies that examine what these services might look like in comparison to the status quo.
