About us

The ImpACT Coalition, supported and resourced by ACEVO brings together over 400 charities and trade bodies to work together to improve transparency and accountability and preserve public trust in the charitable sector. Those who have joined the coalition include the biggest and smallest charities in the country. We reflect the diversity of the charitable sector in the UK.

It is free to sign up to the coalition which can be done easily either via this website or by contacting Ralph Michell at ACEVO. Once charities have pledged to work toward the principles set out in the Transparency Manifesto, they receive regular email briefings, invitations to seminars and can use the ImpACT Improvement Cycle and Toolkit to measure their transparency and accountability and make plans for improvement. ImpACT regularly comments on transparency and accountability issues in the trade and national press.
