Charity Banking Spotlight recently published by Charity Financials and sponsored by Barclays shows that the top 5,000 charities collectively hold a £17.4bn in current asset cash, which is a 6.1% increase on the previous year’s figure. The Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) is the sector’s biggest cash holder with £959.9m held.
It also shows that amongst the top 100 charities, Barclays holds a 29% share, followed by Lloyds with 16% and NatWest holds six of the top 100 clients at present. The report is now available for download for ACEVO Members. Simply fill out this form for your free copy.
