Wales CEO forum

Upcoming dates for the Wales CEO forum

Next meeting:

  • Date: Wednesday 16 October
  • Time: 11:45 - 14:00
  • Venue:  Brewin Dolphin, 5 Callaghan Square, Cardiff CF10 5BT

Creating an inclusive and representative workforce is a priority for many voluntary sector leaders. Research has demonstrated that diverse teams are more creative and more financially successful, creating a strong business case for diversity alongside the clear moral and legal imperatives. But despite a strong business case and increased visibility around the topic, change has been slow. At our next Wales Forum we will be joined by Andrew White, director of Stonewall Wales, to talk about no just the ‘why of creating inclusive workplaces ’ but the ‘how.’

Prior to working at Stonewall Wales, Andrew led the Health and Voluntary Sector team at the Welsh Language Board where he conducted three major investigations and produced statutory Recruitment Guidance, he also held the equality and human rights brief.
