As digital continues to be a key opportunity and challenge for charities, it is increasingly important to know how to incorporate digital solutions into an organisation’s activities, including fundraising.  

Digital fundraising expert, Vicky Reeves will share some insights on the ever-evolving area of digital giving, as well as sharing some actionable ideas that will help you boost your online donations and better explore engagement through digital channels. She will also cover digital innovation in face to face fundraising and engagement and donating through voice technology.  

Vicky is passionate about the latest digital innovations and developments and how they can help charities increase their online income.  This is across all digital fundraising including embracing new mediums such as voice technology. She currently works with NSPCC, Medecins Sans Frontières, Royal British Legion and Battersea among others.
