Digital member meetings

Our digital member meetings are a great opportunity for you to virtually meet peers from across the country to exchange ideas, issues, challenges and experiences in an informal way.

These events will be run as a Zoom meeting with cameras and microphones on. They are not recorded.

Tuesday 13 September, 11:00 – 12:30

Are you a new member of ACEVO? Come along and meet our CEO Jane Ide, and other new members, and hear from head of membership Anne Wallis and an existing member about your member benefits, and how to access them. 

Monday 10 October, 14:00 – 15:00

A meeting for registered ACEVO mentors to share insights and learning. The session will involve a guest speaker, a short breakout group discussion and a chance to share expertise and tips.

Monday 10 October, 15:30 – 16:45

There’s something about your relationship with your chair, the board or your colleagues which troubles you. But you’re too busy to stop and think. This meeting is a chance to press the pause button, focus and review.

Monday 31 October, 15:30 – 16:30

This is an opportunity for members to hear directly about ACEVO’s financial performance in 2021-22 and our achievements and plans for the future, and to ask any questions you may have about our activities or governance.

Topic: Climate change & culture

This is an opportunity for ACEVO members in arts, heritage and culture sector to discuss the implications of the climate crisis and possible actions.

Thursday 17 November, 14:00 – 15:15

This is an opportunity for CEOs and leaders who have been in their roles less than a year, to connect and learn from one another in an informal setting.

Thursday 17 November, 15:30 – 16:30

This meeting offers attendees the opportunity to explore the uncertainty around them, to identify how this uncertainty impacts their behaviours, thoughts and emotions.  We then explore six tried and tested resilience building strategies.

Friday 2 December, 16:00 – 17:00

Start off the month with an informal gathering of leaders, to check-in with one another and share learning. This  one hour get-together via Zoom, hosted by ACEVO’s head of member support, Tom Andrews, is a space to pause, reflect and connect.

Wednesday 7 December, 15:30 – 16:45
