This session is designed to help leaders develop successful and impactful relationships with commissioners of public services by understanding latest thinking in commissioning, how commissioners work and how best to work with them.
Developing truly strategic relationships with commissioners requires a deep understanding of the commissioning landscape, commissioners’ current challenges and priorities and how to position your organisaiton for success. This workshop is a must for those wishing to support their organisation to have successful long term relationships with commissioners of public services.
