Since our inception in 2009 we’ve gathered together some of the best charity sector consultants; people who are attracted to our values and want to work with like-minded souls who are socially motivated, performance driven and utterly dedicated to our clients.
We currently have a team of 14 people who specialise in recruiting Chief Executives, Trustees as well as specialist professionals in fundraising, marketing, digital, finance, human resources and others disciplines through both advertising and proactive personalised search.
We recruit permanent staff, interim managers and undertake Board reviews and Board development projects to maximise the effectiveness of organisations leadership.
Our clients range from the very largest charities including Oxfam and Save the Children to small local community organisations with turnover of under £1m, and for each, we develop a bespoke solution for their needs and budget.
Our processes, our proposals, everything is flexible. We won’t pigeonhole you into our way of working – we’ll deliver what you need, when you need it, and for a fee that is fair.
