Typically, we provide:

• Short advisory or diagnostic assignments focused on a particular problem and a plan to solve.
• Fractional Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Chief Technology Officer (CTO) arrangements, providing affordable, retained senior technology leadership at board level without the cost of a full-time hire. Rather than simply advising, a Fractional CIO or CTO takes ownership of your technology and drives it forward to support your goals.
• CEO Technology Sounding Board: a retained service giving you direct access to our founder for trusted technology insight and guidance.
• CTO/CIO Mentoring: a retained service giving ongoing mentoring to your Technology Leaders, practical guidance from our founder, drawing on his first-hand experience in the role.
