Salary sacrifice, put simply, makes pension contributions more affordable for both employees and employers. Employers save 13.8% through salary sacrifice compared to regular contributions, so you could see some considerable savings, and at the same time, you also help your employees to save more towards their retirement. Group Risk and Healthcare benefits
Many smaller organisations often believe they cannot afford to offer the benefits they want to, but we don’t want company size to be a barrier. Working with two well-known providers, we are offering a cost-effective Group Risk and Healthcare solution for smaller employers – those with less than 100 employees. Cover can include, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness Cover, as well as access to bereavement services, employee assistance programmes and business care.
The small schemes arrangement is an individual arrangement for your organisation but offers improved terms by pooling all of these smaller arrangements, into one overall block scheme – offering even better value for money, and a three-year rate guarantee.
In addition to the small schemes arrangement, we also work with larger organisations to manage their group risk and healthcare requirements.

Mybenefitsatwork is a valuable HR engagement and communication portal that helps engage your employees with their benefits in a friendly, easy to understand way. It is designed to carry your brand and uses video, animation, FAQs and now has a financial education module offering interactive tools and resources to help employees understand what they might retire on as an example.
This cost-effective tool was originally developed with the charity sector in mind, with a price point to match. We’re removing the initial build cost and offering all ACEVO members their own Mybenefitsatwork portal for just an annual licence fee.

Our employee benefits advisers, Secondsight, ran a winter series of Financial Fitness Fridays. These webcasts were a relaxed and fun way to learn from the experts, get financially fit and sprint into 2021.
