DCMS review of the financial thresholds in charity law
DCMS is reviewing financial thresholds in charity law to ensure that the regulatory landscape for charities is proportionate and effective. As part of the review, DCMS is running a public consultation to seek views from charities and other interested parties on the thresholds and what level they should be set at. Please respond to the consultation by completing the online survey, which will be open until 12 June. After the consultation closes, DCMS will publish a summary of the consultation responses together with the government’s response.
