It’s a free, interactive platform that collates and analyses information on grants made during the most recent year when published statutory accounts information was available. The latest edition, published in June 2025, is based on data from 2023-24.

Third Sector Trends in England and Wales 2025

Third Sector Trends is back in England and Wales to explore how social, political, and economic change has impacted organisations like yours. The study runs right across England and Wales – but its focus is still very local – looking at how the voluntary sector develops and works in areas like yours – whether the interests you serve are focused in a neighbourhood/village – or span national/international boundaries.

It’s completely confidential, incredibly relevant to the voluntary sector and those who support it and only happens every three years. So have your say on what you think the future holds.

UK Wellbeing Report 2025

Nearly seven million UK people – around 13% of the population aged 16 and above – are estimated to be living below the Happiness Poverty Line, a term coined last year to highlight those who rate their satisfaction with life at five or under (on a 0-10 scale).

World Wellbeing Movement’s 2025 report, published last month, estimates that the number of UK people living below the Happiness Poverty Line is rising, with an additional 650,000 UK adults – enough to fill Wembley Stadium more than seven times – falling into happiness poverty, compared to the previous 12 months.
