World Giving Report survey
CAF (Charities Aid Foundation) has launched a survey that will inform the World Giving Report 2026. It explores how civil society organisations are operating, the pressures they’re facing and the contribution they’re making across more than 35 countries. This research shapes international understanding of the sector, so it’s important that UK charity leadership is well represented. Please take part; it takes around ten minutes, responses are anonymous, and you can save and return later. Results will be published in September. You can also browse the 2025 insights.

Everyone’s Environment is launching a new report on 12 March 2026, 11:00–12:00pm, marking the publication of a new briefing, How will the climate and nature crises impact women and girls?
Published in the same week as International Women’s Day, this briefing, led by NPC in partnership with Women’s Environmental Network (Wen), looks at how environmental change and systemic inequality combine to shape women’s lives. It highlights effects on health, access to nature, safety, transport, housing and care work.
Redistributive Imaginaries: How are digital platforms shaping meanings and practices of redistribution in Europe’s mixed economies of welfare?
Join an online seminar on 18 March to celebrate the launch of the final report from the Redistributive Imaginaries project. Redistributive Imaginaries is a 3 year CHANSE-funded research and knowledge exchange project conducted in Finland, Montenegro, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.
In Europe’s mixed economies of welfare, redistribution practices are dispersed through civil society. Voluntary organisations involved in the delivery of welfare increasingly rely on digital tools and platforms to raise funds and manage relationships with donors. The project interrogates the systems of meaning that people use to make sense of redistribution and welfare provision. Through platform analysis and ethnographic fieldwork, we have examined emerging practices in the voluntary sector and identified some of the significant ways in which digital platforms are shaping dominant and emerging redistributive imaginaries.

The Charity Digital Skills Report is the annual barometer of digital and AI trends , skills, funding and support needs across the UK charity sector. This year, the team redeveloped the survey extensively to capture where the sector really stands at this pivotal moment, as AI adoption continues to grow and digital pressures intensify.
