This workshop is designed for charity CEOs ready to strengthen their strategic approach to AI, whether you’ve attended our previous sessions or have begun exploring AI independently. Together, we’ll move from tactical action plans to confident strategic leadership, drawing on sector best practice from the Charity Digital Code of Practice.
Leading AI well is as much about people as technology. We’ll look at how to navigate resistance within your team, weigh up the ethical questions that matter, and keep your mission at the centre of every decision. Through guided reflection and expert facilitation, you’ll develop a governance framework and strategic roadmap covering organisational readiness, risk management and ethics.
