We have been looking after charities for nearly 40 years. We pursue an active, direct and global investment approach. We attach huge importance to investing in what we believe to be the best ideas worldwide, be that in stocks, funds, fixed interest or alternative asset classes. All our decisions are based on rigorous in-house analysis and our research team conducts around 1,000 company meetings a year, both in the UK and overseas. Environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles are embedded throughout our investment process, and we actively engage with company management, voting on our largest shareholdings to encourage positive change.
