Five years after the release of the UK charity sector’s first-ever wellbeing research for fundraisers, the landmark Charity Well 2025 study is now live. This new research seeks to explore the wellbeing of charity professionals across all roles and specialisms, aiming to uncover critical insights and provide comparisons to the original findings from 2019. Applications now open for Small Charity Week match funding campaign

During the campaign, which will run from 23-30 June 2025, public donations will be doubled by Global’s Make Some Noise, through Big Give’s match funding model, thanks to the generosity of Champion funders, including the players of People’s Postcode Lottery. This means each pound donated goes twice as far in empowering small charities in their mission. Charities with an annual income between £5,000 and £1 million are eligible to apply for match funding, helping them to raise vital funds and maximise their impact. Applications close Wednesday 2 April.

Health charities: take part in a survey of your support needs

If you are working for a third sector organisation with a focus on health in the UK, this survey by Pilotlight/Costello Medical is for you. Together, they want to understand the organisational, strategic and scientific needs of charities and social enterprises focusing on health. VCSE Barometer Survey wave nine report

As the financial year-end approaches, the ninth wave of the quarterly Barometer highlights how employment policy changes are impacting the sector amidst rising costs, increasing demand, and uncertainty in funding streams.
