Online workshop
11 November 2025
10:00-16:00
Using real-life case studies, sector-specific tools, and scenario-based exercises, the session will provide practical takeaways to strengthen your ability to model financial resilience, assess risk, and make bold, informed decisions that protect your mission and sustain your impact.
Combining financial literacy with leadership behaviours, the session explores how to assess your charity’s financial health, manage risk, and adapt to change; without losing sight of your organisation’s core purpose. Drawing on frameworks from Cranfield School of Management, lessons from governance failures, and insights from Margaret Heffernan’s Wilful Blindness and Embracing Uncertainty, you’ll leave with greater clarity, resilience, and the confidence to lead decisively in challenging times.
