Online workshop
14 October 2026
09:30-13:30
This is a practical, human-centred regenerative session for values-led CEOs to build tension literacy, power navigation confidence, and the skills to hold challenging conversations with both care and rigour.
It will be a deep dive into how feminist leadership can serve as a regenerative model for the charity sector – one that sustains both people and purpose in the face of complexity, trauma, and limited resources.
Drawing directly on leadership practice at Rising Sun Domestic Violence and Abuse Service and collaborative research with Hult International Business School, you’ll explore how compassionate, trauma-informed leadership can coexist with accountability and organisational resilience.
You’ll be asked to bring notes on one leadership tension you’re currently holding and one challenging conversation you need to have (eg, performance, behaviour, boundary breach, board/funder tension, SLT conflict).

There will be an option to attend a facilitated group clinic 4-6 weeks later to troubleshoot real application, deepen practice, and support accountability.
This session will not be recorded.
