The session would be a telephone call, Teams meeting, or in-person meeting. Please note if you prefer to meet in-person then you would need to cover the cost of travel for Eastside People.
Cost

Team
Bernice Rook
Bernice heads up Eastside People’s workforce planning and recruitment services. She has a master’s degree in occupational psychology and specialises in the human side of organisations. She has extensive experience in leadership matters including finding permanent and interim, CEO and board candidates. Bernice believes in inclusive recruitment and has a genuine passion for helping organisations to find exceptional candidates from underrepresented backgrounds. She is a founding trustee at Board Racial Diversity UK, an organisation that seeks to address the under-representation of people from minoritised ethnic groups on trustee boards.
Lucinda is passionate about both the voluntary sector and people development. She has worked in senior leadership in a broad range of charities and now divides her time between her coaching practice and working in executive recruitment with Eastside People. Lucinda is a therapeutic coach, accredited to PCC level with the ICF, with many years’ experience working with senior leaders across the voluntary, corporate and public sectors. She brings an empathetic, compassionate approach, with challenge when useful, offering a safe space for people to work out for themselves where next, and how to get there.
