This session is designed to create a safe, non-judgemental space for leaders to come together, to listen and be listened to.
The Leaders listening circle offers time to pause, reflect, and be present with peers who understand the unique weight of leadership. Together, we will create a respectful and boundary-led environment where everyone’s voice is valued, and where sharing is always optional.
The sessions will be facilitated by a consultant skilled in providing containment and psychological safety enabling the group to share the experiences that have impacted on their work.
Spaces are limited to ensure the quality and safety of the circle. If your circumstances change, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that your place can be offered to another leader who would benefit from this supportive peer space.
Members only? Yes – open to full (CEO) and associate members
