This practical, interactive workshop will show how you can use the significantly refreshed Charity Governance Code not as a tick-box exercise, but as a living framework for better leadership, stronger Boards, and healthier governance cultures. Over the course of this full-day workshop, we’ll explore how the Code can support succession planning, recruitment, induction, Board reviews, and long-term action planning – all through the lens of the CEO’s role.
