RBC Brewin Dolphin is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading wealth managers and traces its origins back to 1762.  At RBC Brewin Dolphin, we specialise in supporting charities with their unique investment needs – managing third-sector portfolios is a core part of our business. We have been supporting charity clients for over 65 years and have a team of dedicated charity specialists operating out of eight key regional hubs. As of June 2025, we manage £4 billion in charity assets for over 1,700 charities. *

We have developed our investment offering by working with trustee boards and charity executives with a wide range of requirements to ensure that we provide, tailored investment advice, long-term investment strategies and the administrative support and enhanced reporting our clients need.  

We know every charity is different, so we take the time to understand each organisation’s unique circumstances, financial objectives, risk appetite and ethical requirements, before building a portfolio tailored to a charity’s specific needs.

This means that each charity has their own investment portfolio tailored to match specific requirements and attitude to risk. This bespoke approach offers flexibility to work with you to meet your specific requirements for your portfolio and to adapt to your changing needs over time.

Responsible investment is a core part to what we do, and it is integrated in our investment philosophy, our engagement with the companies and funds in which we invest and our processes. This means that we consider environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors within our investment analysis and decision making. We believe high-quality companies that manage ESG risks and opportunities will make attractive long-term investments.
