If you’re in your first three years as a civil society CEO, this programme offers the space, challenge, and support to consolidate your experience and grow into the kind of leader our sector needs today – agile, confident, and deeply committed to social justice.
We know the transition into the CEO role can be exhilarating, demanding, and sometimes isolating. This programme gives you the chance to reflect on your journey so far, stretch your leadership practice, and strengthen your ability to lead in ways that challenge inequity.
