Our series of one day courses cover all aspects of the CEO and senior leadership role. The sessions are designed to strengthen your leadership skills and expertise.  

I joined ACEVO when I was Chief Executive of Leeds University Union. I wanted my next job to be in the mainstream third sector but without ACEVO I think I would have struggled. Seven years on ACEVO is still important to me – I value the networks it provides, the learning it enables and the support it gives.

Coaching for excellence programme

Designed to give CEO’s a ‘fast-track’ to increased confidence and competence as social leaders.  Focused sessions will give you a renewed sense of purpose and a clear way forward, ensuring your behaviours and results are consistent with your vision, values and strategic plans. 

It can be completed at your own pace over either a six month or 12 month period.  Rather than attending a series of workshop sessions with other participants, the programme involves intensive one-on-one interventions with an experienced Coach experienced to operating in a Third Sector environment.   Find out more.
