We are passionate about leadership development, improving skills and nurturing social sector leaders.

That’s why we offer a range of workshops and courses, some available for non-members as well as members, which address the specific needs of chief executive and senior leadership roles.

Thursday 9 May, 09:30 – 16:00

This workshop will look at the CEO/chair relationship from both perspectives. Chairs and chief executives are both welcome; we recommend you come as a pair. It’s a good opportunity to take stock of and review how you work together.

Wednesday 15 May, 09:45 – 16:00

Discover the steps you need to take to create a robust crisis plan which will protect your charity’s reputation and how to lead your charity at critical times.

Thursday 4 July, 10:00 – 16:30

Is managing challenging behaviours taking up a lot of your valuable time? Have you been avoiding having difficult conversations? Join us to build your skills and confidence in addressing these problems.

The Aspiring CEOs programme will give delegates powerful practical skills and a sound base of leadership knowledge that will serve them well in current and future roles.
