The coaching programme is tailor-made for each individual, who may meet their coach anywhere from once only to up to 10 times across a year. Find out more
Designed to give CEOs a ‘fast-track’ to increased confidence and competence as social leaders. Focused sessions will give you a renewed sense of purpose and a clear way forward, ensuring your behaviours and results are consistent with your vision, values and strategic plans.
It can be completed at your own pace over either a six month or 12 month period. Rather than attending a series of workshop sessions with other participants, the programme involves intensive one-on-one interventions with an experienced coach experienced in operating in a third sector environment.
